Named for the region it was first discovered in, Labrador, Canada, Labradorite can be found across the globe. It can display an iridescent optical effect (or schiller) known as labradorescence. Called a "stone of magic," it has the ability to harmonize the chakras and balance the body, mind and spirit, making it a powerful stone for healing. It can collect negative vibrations while releasing positive ones, creating an overall positive mood or feeling.
